Services We Provide
On Bozberry Farms from Mid-july until the end of August the fields are
opened daily (weather depending) as a u-pick operation. Generally
our customers can plan on picking from 9am until 7pm seven days a
week. If you want to be sure we are open please call ahead at
814-642-2732.
If you need the exercise it is a great hill to climb and for those
preferring transportation to the fields, a wagon ride is provided from
our parking lot to the hillside. You make pick in your own buckets or
buckets are provided at the weigh station located next to the parking
lot.
If you prefer not to pick your own blueberries you have the option to
order berries or try some of the local grocery stores in PA that carry
our product.
We also except the Pennsylvania Farmers Market Nutrition Program
(FMNP) checks at our Farm. These checks can be used to purchase
unprocessed fruits and vegetables. The Farmers Market Nutrition
Program is operated by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture
in cooperation with the United States Department of Agriculture, the
Pennsylvania WIC Program and the Pennsylvania Area Agency on
Aging. For more information on the program call 1-800-468-2433.
New this year are designated rest areas in the fields and more picnic
tables were added. Don't forget to bring your picnic lunch, the family
and of course the camera for the family photos of your day trip to the
u-pick Bozberry Farms.
